Lost for Words

We always like a good print job so we can come up with some creative ideas! Lost for Words is a collection of scriptures that would allow quick access to relevant material for the reader, however it had to be portrayed as light-hearted and witty. We designed a few concepts playing on the title Lost for Words and come up with this final. Both books use pantone colours that really make them jump off the shelf, and importantly the client was extremely happy.

It’s No Sin to be Sixty

It’s No Sin to be Sixty is a book published by Redemptorist Publications to help guide readers in the third age through common problems using funny anecdotes. Nuttifox was asked to work on a cover design using a collection of old photos which the author had requested to be used. We created a few initial designs before working up this final cover. The book has done very well and has just had a re-print.

My Homework Diary

My Homework Diary is a school homework diary/journal for children between 6-10. The brief was to create a visual exciting diary for the young end user that will keep them engaged for the school year but also be easy to use. This was a well received project and was launched in schools across the England and Wales in September 2009. Since then Nuttifox have redesigned this fantastic product every year.

Take Heart

Take Heart is a book designed to acknowledge the challenges in everyday life and help the reader pick themselves up if they are feeling disheartened. The aim was to use photography but keep the style of the book looking slightly fictional. After brainstorming a few keywords we went with “Journey” to keep with the style of the copy and to create an engaging and slightly abstract cover.
